Counseling Services

Therapeutic support for emotional/mental health concerns.

  • Virtual counseling and coaching sessions are currently offered on Tuesday evenings and Wednesdays.

  • In-person sessions may be available for students when permitted by their school.

    • $150 per 60 minute session

    • $120 per 45 minute session

    • $90 per 30 minute session

  • Insurance-based sessions are available through SonderMind, with coverage and eligibility determined by your individual insurance plan. Average copay is $25.

  • My approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to each person's unique needs and experiences. I draw from CBT, DBT, SFBT, person-centered counseling, Motivational Interviewing, strengths-based practices, and somatic approaches. My work is also grounded in culturally responsive, neurodiversity-affirming care that supports self-awareness, emotional well-being, and meaningful growth.

  • 60 minutes | A forward-focused outdoor session for people seeking clarity, navigating transitions, or working toward personal goals.

    $120 for a 1 hour walk

  • Strategic guidance for developing and strengthening comprehensive, stakeholder-centered school counseling programs through the ASCA National Model, with a focus on meaningful growth, collaboration, and outcomes.

    $150 per hour

  • Helping schools create accessible concurrent enrollment programs that guide students from opportunity to successful completion.

    $150 per hour | Retainer rate upon request
